Actually, Discipline is truly become “Lost Art” in this insane, distracting world. Social Media, Games, Movies, the Internet is occupied a large amount of our time and when we sit back, nothing be available for us to start over.

Like exactly what I’ve described in the beginning, you need to be grit, preserving and persist. It’s not put your fully efford and focus to complete tasks of the day, but constantly for the entire progress.

Build your routines

Everything has there owned habitual, if you force yourself to do one task for 21 days, it will become a habit. Get up early is struggling for a few days when you started, but when they passed by, you will feel easier and frequent with it.

Start a new day with a warrior attitude

Become a warrior in life, focus on each day as a battle. You have to fight not only external force, momentary satisfied like entertainment, movie, porn…but fight with yourself too. Try to embrace your comfort zone and make yourself better day by day
